Jim Harrigan – Soccer has been instrumental in providing a foundation for development throughout Jim’s life. He embraced the game at a young age in Orchard Park and followed his passion to play collegiately at Buffalo State and the University at Buffalo. Jim was fortunate to play for the New York State West Olympic Development Program and currently now coaches within that system working with the 2000 boys. Jim’s passion for coaching developed through his experience at Hamburg High School where he coached the boy’s varsity team for 15 years. During that time, he realized the importance of player development and individual growth. Jim has earned his United States Soccer Federation C License. He also holds a Director of Coaching Diploma with NSCAA and a National Youth License with the USSF. Jim currently resides in Orchard Park with his wife Tricia, kids Griffin, age 17, and Leah, age 15.
Dave Kreger – Dave has been coaching soccer at a variety of levels for 35 years. He has spent 11 years coaching at college level including stops at University of North Carolina at Greensboro, Canisius College, University at Buffalo, and Erie Community College. Dave was an assistant coach at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro during the 1995 and 1996 seasons. Over the two year span the team had a combined record of 35-5-2, and made two appearances in the NCAA Division I National Tournament. Over the past 20 years working for NYSWYSA, Dave has been the Buffalo District Heard Coach, and Instructional Staff Member. Dave has earned his “A” License and “National Youth License” from the United States Soccer Federation. He was also one of only 50 coaches in the country to have been selected to take part in the inaugural Premier Course held by NSCAA.
