Free Play Soccer
Overview
Each session consists of a dynamic warm-up, ACL injury prevention exercises, technical work, and small sided free play.
Goalies will be given position-specific training at each session.
Age Groups
Girls entering grades 6-12 as of September 1, 2025
One year of Club Travel or school (Modified, JV or Varsity) soccer is recommended.
This program is designed for players who have some soccer experience.

$60 per player
