All employees of the Orchard Park soccer club must complete the training before their first day of work.
Step one: Read the OPSC’s Sexual Harassment Prevention Policy
Step two: Watch both NY State training videos 1 & 2
Step three: Complete and return the OPSC Harassment Training Acknowledgement form. Form must be mailed to: Orchard Park Soccer Club, PO Box 822, Orchard Park NY 14127
During training you may email any questions/concerns to: info@orchardparksoccerclub.org . You will receive a prompt response.
If at any time during your employment you feel that you have been subjected to sexual harassment you are encouraged to complete an OPSC Harassment complaint form – click here. You will not be retaliated against for filing a complaint.
