Orchard Park Soccer Club – Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

The health and safety of our players and families is a primary concern of the Orchard Park Soccer Club. As of today, Sunday March 15, 2020, Erie County has declared a state of emergency and is closing schools tomorrow. With that in mind, and after reviewing information published by the Centers for Disease Control, the New York State Department of Health, and the New York State West Youth Soccer Association, the club has decided to suspend all training and game activities for our club members until further notice. This suspension includes all games in indoor leagues, team training, skills schools training, and tournaments. This is a decision many other clubs we have heard from are also implementing on a temporary basis as we are doing.

We will be evaluating the conditions on a regular basis to determine when activities may resume and will follow recommendations provided by government agencies. Our goal is to protect the welfare of our club members. At this point we have no plans to delay the start of our House soccer, Little Kickers, and travel soccer programs but we will continue to send out updates on all of our programs as more information becomes available.
